One of my highlights from 2019:
Everyone loves music no matter what type. Whether it’s rock, country, pop, or something else. My personal favorite is pop. Music is a big part of the world. It’s how a lot of people express themselves. Music is everywhere we go. A lot of people like to go to concerts and see their favorite artist perform live. I am one of those people who really enjoys going to concerts.
This past fall I went to see one of my all time favorite bands, the Jonas Brothers. They came to Pittsburgh In September so me, my mom and both my sister all went together. It was a girls night out, sorry dad. We got our tickets a couple of months in advance. My mom and I drove down to the box office and picked them up. The night of the concert my mom and my sisters and I all drove down together. We listened to the Jonas Brothers all the way down there to get pumped up. There was a little bit of traffic in the city but it wasn’t too bad for a concert night. My mom found a garage that had handicap parking and it was close to the concert venue.
There were a ton of people there, which sometimes makes it hard for me to get around. I found myself getting excited. When we first got there our tickets were denied. I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to attend but, it turns out that they put a camera where our seats were supposed to be so the machine was reading it as unavailable.
My Mom and Brigitta went to exchange them while Sarah and I waited. When my Mom and Brigitta got back with all new tickets I was relieved. We headed to our seats which were pretty good seats. We had a little bit of time before the first act. A girl we knew was at the concert and was at our seats talking to us. I didn’t want to be mean but I just wanted to enjoy the concert with my mom and sisters, it was our girls night out after all. There were three acts, the first was some guy who wasn’t that good. The second act was Bebe Rexha I thought she was pretty good. I know a couple of her songs. Finally the Jonas Brothers came on. The crowd was going wild. I could feel my excitement grow as they came out and started singing. They sang a mix of old and new music. I really enjoyed dancing with my sisters and my mom. I knew almost all the songs. I really enjoyed the concert and I’m glad I had the opportunity to see the Jonas Brother.
